Dr. Priyantha D.C. Wijayatunga

Dr. Priyantha D.C. Wijayatunga has over 30 years of professional experience, including more than 14 years at the Asian Development Bank (ADB). He previously served as Director of the South Asia Energy Division and was the founding Director General of the Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka, as well as a Senior Professor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Moratuwa. His expertise spans energy policy and regulation, power systems economics, energy planning, and clean energy development.
